Over nearly two decades in mental health care, I've had the privilege of working with people in their most vulnerable moments. I've worked 12-hour shifts in NYC's psychiatric emergency rooms, helped patients achieve breakthroughs with individual counseling, and even organized a regional art show celebrating the extraordinary talents of patients.
In 2022, I earned my doctorate from Columbia University, the nation's top-ranked program. Since then, I've treated patients at Mount Sinai Hospital's prestigious Faculty Practice on Madison Avenue and taught the next generation of psychiatric providers as adjunct faculty at an Ivy League institution. But what drives me isn't credentials—it's genuine curiosity about what makes each person tick and an unwavering belief that everyone deserves compassionate, expert care when they're struggling.
I've seen mental health challenges from every angle, and I understand that finding stability looks different for everyone. Whether you're facing a crisis or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to help you discover your path forward. You don't need to have it all figured out—that's what we'll work on together.
